Terms of Service

I maintain all rights, including copyright and ownership, of the original artwork. This encompasses sketches and other preliminary works.
I reserve the right to feature the completed commissioned work in my portfolio and share it on my social media platforms.
I will not claim ownership of your characters, designs, etc.
Clients are permitted to use the final commissioned artwork for personal purposes, which may include printing for individual use or decoration, and as online avatars, profile pictures, or banners.
Clients are allowed to share the finished commission piece online with proper credit. Online sharing of my work should be credited to @trixdraws for Instagram, Twitter, Tumblr and other platforms.
Clients are not allowed to reproduce and make profit from the artwork without permission and prior agreement with me. We can discuss and negotiate the purchase of commercial rights via email.
Clients are not allowed to remove the watermark or alter the artwork without the my permission.
Clients are not allowed to upload or feed my artwork to any Generative AI platforms.

Delayed payments, whether an upfront deposit or full payment, could potentially lead to the cancellation of the commission.
Clients are eligible for a full refund in the event that I delay finishing the work for more than six months (180 days), starting on the date of the clients’ first payment.

The production of a commission piece may take at least 3 weeks up to months, depending on the complexity of the artwork. Please do inform me if you have a deadline for the piece you are commissioning so I can put it for consideration (In the event of a tight deadline, I can either refuse the commission request or charge extra as over hours fee).
The finished artwork will be delivered to you digitally via email in PNG, JPEG, and/or PDF format. I will not be providing physical art prints of the finished work.
