How It Works
I. Application
Please do take the time to read and understand all the information noted on this page. At the end, you will find a link that will take you to an order form where you can request for a commission slot.
II. Confirmation
If your order has been accepted, you will be receiving a confirmation email from me within a couple of days.
I have the right to refuse a commission request for whatever reason.
Additional information regarding the commission can be sent from this point (reference images, descriptions, moodboards, link to a Pinterest board or to a Miro board, etc.)
Feel free to be as detailed as possible in your descriptions and references! This will save us revision time from the sketching stage.
We can continue to discuss the commission through email or Discord.
III. Quotation
Once I’ve got a better feeling of the amount of work that will go into your commission, I will send a quote.
Extra charges may apply if the commission requires more work (complicated poses, detailed armor, extra props, detailed backgrounds, etc.) Otherwise the prices will be following the set price listed with the samples below.
Upon receiving a quote, you can then decide whether you agree with the given price or not. From here, we can negotiate and find solutions to better suit your budget and adjust the details of the commission.
IV. Invoice & Payment
After the quote has been accepted by you, I will send over an invoice.
For clients outside of Germany or the EU, I currently only accept payments via Paypal. If you live in Germany or within the EU, we can discuss other modes of payments (bank transfer).
At least 50% of the payment is required upfront to initiate the commission process.
V. Sketching Phase
I will send over a rough sketch for approval before moving on to the lineart and/or color stage.
This includes a maximum of 3 revisions, so make sure you express all your notes after seeing the initial sketch and the revised sketch after.
Additional revisions may incur additional fees.
Full refunds cannot be made at this point.
VI. Lineart & Color Stage
Based on the approved sketch, I will then work on the lineart and flat colors. Updates will be sent over to you as I progress.
Only minor changes can be done during this stage (color changes, very small detail additions, etc)
Major changes that will require me to redraw a significant portion of that work that has already been done will incur additional fees.
VII. Completed Work
Once the work is done, I will send you the high resolution PNG, JPEG and/or PDF files via email.
If you’ve paid in deposits, I will only send a low resolution preview of the finished work with my watermark.
The final high resolution files will only be send after I have received the payment in full.
