Commercial Image Use
Please read the following information below regarding commercial commission.
Terms of Service
Should the client choose to incorporate commissioned artwork in a commercial project, these are the conditions:
Commercial use payment allows the client to use the artwork exclusively within the boundaries set by the license. Any usage beyond these terms may incur additional charges or, if left unresolved, could lead to exclusion from future collaborations.
Projects utilizing "AI" image generation models, cryptocurrency, or NFTs will NOT be granted commercial rights.
The artist maintains the privilege to display the work in galleries or portfolios, unless the client purchases Exclusive Usage Rights.
The licensed artwork may not be altered by anyone but the artist unless permitted within the terms of the license, with the exception of resizing/cropping the image. The client is encouraged to ask for any other necessary changes to the original artwork.
The client is required to share all planned uses for the commissioned work prior to the creation and agreement of the license. The cost will depend on how the image is intended to be used.
The artist must still be credited for creation of the image, in whatever format the client feels appropriate to the project.

Pricing
Please note that the prices listed below are approximate estimates. Once I have detailed information about your project and its intended use, I will be able to provide a precise quote.
For intricate and time-intensive projects, pricing will be adjusted to reflect the complexity and effort involved. While the pricing structure outlined below typically applies to most businesses, I am open to negotiations, particularly with small companies and independent artists. Companies planning extensive distribution are encouraged to contact me directly for a more precise estimate.
NOTE: At present, I can only offer license options that involve a one-time payment for perpetual agreement, for simplicity's sake. I can not offer royalty-based commercial licensing at this time.
Commission with Basic Rights
This includes the right to use the image on printed marketing materials such as business cards, flyers and banners. The image may not be used for direct profit.
Price: +50-100% of the commission price
Commission with Rights to Sell the Product
Includes everything in the Basic Rights Package in addition with the commercial use in which the art itself is the intended product such as prints, stickers, and/or other merchandise. Commercial use in which the image is the main subject for marketing a greater project, such as a book cover, poster, splash page, etc. also falls into this category.
Price: +150-200% of the commission price
Commission with Exclusive Usage Rights
The client retains sole use of the artwork for any commercial project or product, so long as it does not conflict with the artist's Terms listed above and in the Commission ToS. This includes an NDA in which the artist will not share the work in personal galleries/portfolios, if the client wishes it.
Price: +250>% of the commission price
